Lao Cai General Hospital No. 2 has been assessed by the Council for assessing the level and ability to deploy special techniques of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management (Ministry of Health) as qualified to deploy 16 more special techniques in the fields of oncology, radiology, endoscopic surgery and cosmetic plastic surgery.

Accordingly, the Evaluation Council chaired by Dr. Duong Huy Luong - Deputy Director of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management, conducted a comprehensive review of legal documents, professional capacity, facilities and medical human resources of Lao Cai General Hospital No. 2.

The Council directly assessed the facilities at Lao Cai Provincial General Hospital No. 2.

The results show that the hospital fully meets the strict standards of the Ministry of Health , and is qualified to deploy 16 additional special techniques - a group of difficult, complex techniques that require specialized expertise.

- Laparoscopic surgery to remove malignant kidney tumors.

4. Field of cosmetic plastic surgery:
