At the reception, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung was pleased to welcome Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa - founder and Chairman of Pacific Construction Group, Chairman of Trang Nghiem Research Institute and senior officials of the Group to visit and work in Nghe An province.

Appreciating the achievements that the Pacific Construction Group has achieved and the great attention the Group has paid to Nghe An province, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung said that Nghe An province and the Group have a lot of potential for cooperation, especially in the field of infrastructure construction.

Sharing about the socio-economic development situation and goals of Nghe An province, the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that Nghe An is striving to become a well-off province in the country.

To achieve that goal, the important condition is to have a synchronous and modern infrastructure that meets development requirements, in which priority is given to the development of transport infrastructure, urban infrastructure, energy infrastructure, and technological infrastructure.

This is the field in which the Pacific Construction Group and other groups of the Trang Nghiem Research Institute have strengths and experience. Therefore, Nghe An province supports and creates all conditions for the Group to pay attention to research and implement projects in the field of infrastructure suitable to the conditions in the province.

Appreciating the ideology and viewpoint of the leaders of Pacific Construction Group in the process of implementing the project, which is to comply with legal regulations, ensure efficiency, reduce costs and construction time, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung believes that with experience and capacity, the Group will choose suitable projects, projects of important nature, driving forces to spread and contribute effectively to the development of Nghe An province in particular and Vietnam in general.

At the reception, Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa - Chairman of Pacific Construction Group thanked Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung for his attention and time spent receiving the delegation; at the same time, highly appreciated the economic development prospects of Nghe An province.

Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa expressed his wish to participate in infrastructure development projects of Nghe An province in the spirit of quality, high technology, fast progress, no capital increase and compliance with the law; at the same time, will transfer high techniques and good technology to Vietnamese enterprises.

Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa - Chairman of Pacific Construction Group said that the Group will soon establish a representative office in Nghe An province and closely coordinate with agencies and localities of Nghe An province to study, research and invest in projects in Nghe An.

Currently, the Group is implementing a number of infrastructure projects in Hanoi City.
