Provincial Party Secretary Quan Minh Cuong inspects the progress of the project to welcome the 20th Party Congress

On the morning of April 1, Comrade Quan Minh Cuong, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, came to review the progress of a number of projects to welcome the 20th Provincial Party Congress in Ha Quang district and Cao Bang city. Accompanying him were Comrade Le Hai Hoa, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee; Comrade Luong Tuan Hung, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Director of the Department of Construction and leaders of a number of departments and branches.

Comrade Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Minh Cuong inspected the construction progress of the Project to renovate and upgrade the road from Xuan Hoa town to Thong Nong town (Ha Quang district) and the Project of the Cao Bang Provincial Police Command Center.

Accordingly, the project to renovate and upgrade the road from Xuan Hoa town to Thong Nong town has a total investment of 400 billion VND, with a route length of 30.349 km; on the route there are 3 medium bridges, passing through 5 communes and towns of Ha Quang and Hoa An districts. Currently, construction package No. 01 (route Km 0+00 - Km 12+00), the completion rate is about 99.52%; construction package No. 02 (route Km 12+00 - Km 29+700) is carrying out construction, clearing and technical treatment of some landslide locations; construction package 03 medium bridges on the route, the completion rate is about 98.80%. It is expected that the entire package will be completed by April 15, 2025.

For the Provincial Police Command Center Project, the volume has reached 75% of the total project so far, striving to complete in October 2025.

Through checking the progress of the projects, Comrade Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the province, Quan Minh Cuong, acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the investor and the contractors who overcame difficulties to ensure the construction progress as set out. Emphasizing that these are all projects of extremely important significance, welcoming the 20th Cao Bang Provincial Party Congress, therefore, Comrade Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested relevant departments and branches to coordinate with local authorities and construction units to mobilize all resources to further accelerate the progress and ensure the quality requirements set out. Continue to propagate, mobilize, and support households with land within the scope of additional site clearance and handover of the site. Strengthen inspection work, remove difficulties and obstacles to support investors and construction units, avoid delays in the implementation of the two projects, and strive to complete before the 20th Provincial Party Congress.
