Through the inspection of the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project through Bien Hoa City, it was found that the entire project site through Bien Hoa City has been cleared, and the construction contractors are focusing on many construction teams to implement the roadbed construction. There are still a few works that are brick walls that have not been leveled, Bien Hoa City Party Secretary Ho Van Nam requested the Ward People's Committee to coordinate with the contractor to level the ground on the same day to hand over clean land for the project construction.

Chairman of Phuoc Tan Ward People's Committee Le Kim Huong said that the last two households subject to clearance for the project's construction section through the ward have also agreed to commit to handing over the site and self-demolishing the project. Thus, up to now, a total of 1,514/1,514 households, representatives of organizations and enterprises subject to clearance for the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project through Phuoc Tan and Tam Phuoc wards, Bien Hoa city have handed over the site with a total area to be recovered of 59.5 hectares, reaching 100%.

On the same day, inspecting the site clearance work at Huong Lo 2 Project through Long Hung Commune, Bien Hoa City Party Secretary Ho Van Nam directly visited a number of households to grasp the thoughts and aspirations of the households whose land was cleared and recovered for the project. For the recommendations that had a basis for resolution for the people, Bien Hoa City Party Secretary directly directed the Bien Hoa City Land Fund Development Center to immediately handle them for the households, other problems that needed to be reviewed must also be handled and answered to the people within the day.

Through inspection and understanding from the people, the Secretary of Bien Hoa City Party Committee assessed that the agencies and localities that have carried out compensation support work when the State reclaims land in the past have been too rigid, even showing signs of "playing around", causing people to lack trust and therefore have not yet handed over the land.

“The project's site clearance has lasted for more than 5 years, but until now, people still do not know which agency to go to to receive compensation support money when the State reclaims land, do not know who to contact to receive money, and how to receive resettlement land, showing that the officials in charge of compensation and support in the past have not fulfilled their responsibilities and have not been close to the people" - Bien Hoa City Party Secretary Ho Van Nam emphasized.

After the first 2 days of the mobilization delegation of the Bien Hoa City Party Committee Standing Committee directly visiting households to propagate and mobilize, more than 10 households have handed over land for project construction. The City Party Committee Secretary requested the local government and the City Land Fund Development Center to coordinate with the construction unit to focus on dismantling and leveling the land that households have handed over for project construction, especially the area of ​​the An Hoa 2 bridge abutment and pier on the bank of Long Hung commune.

Currently, the area of ​​the bridge piers and abutments is basically clear. The construction unit representative said that they will transport machinery and human resources to drill bored piles to construct the bridge in the next few days.
