135 outstanding individuals representing more than 46,000 cadres and teachers in the whole sector were honored at the ceremony. These are teachers with good qualities, ethics, intellectual fortitude, high sense of responsibility in work, enthusiasm, creativity, love for the profession, many initiatives, new ideas that are effectively applied in performing the tasks of education and training.

Among these teachers are many ethnic minorities, working in schools in remote, disadvantaged areas. Many have overcome their circumstances to complete their tasks well, are passionate and dedicated to their profession, and have professional prestige that is respected by students, colleagues and parents.

The teachers honored on this occasion are each a living testament to the spirit of learning and following Uncle Ho's teachings: diligence, thrift, integrity, impartiality, love, sharing, and devotion to students.

Along with praising and congratulating the honored teachers, speaking at the ceremony, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Nghe An province Thai Van Thanh emphasized: In the current context, when the whole sector is implementing educational innovation, Nghe An is implementing Resolution No. 39-NQ/TW dated July 18, 2023 of the Politburo on building and developing Nghe An province to 2030, with a vision to 2045, the education sector requires many new ideas and thinking. Therefore, I hope that teachers will continue to make efforts to contribute to the cause of educating people, for the young generation, to become digital citizens, global citizens, confidently entering the new era - the era of national growth.

Along with that, the teachers continued to inspire the commendation ceremony to the whole industry, thereby continuing the tradition of studiousness and respect for teachers, contributing to the increasingly developing quality of Nghe An's education sector.
