Hoai An district, An Nhon town, Quy Nhon city are 3 localities "named and shamed" by the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province for not completing the digitization of household registration data.
Previously, regarding the work of digitizing civil status data, the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province had issued many documents directing and urging. However, up to now, these 3 localities have not completed it.
In addition to reviewing responsibilities, the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province also requested the above three localities to urgently speed up the implementation progress and complete the transfer of local civil status data to the shared civil status management information system of the Ministry of Justice .
The People's Committee of Binh Dinh province assigned the Department of Justice to preside over and coordinate with the Office of the Provincial People's Committee to continue reviewing, thoroughly researching, advising and proposing the exploitation and use of electronic civil status data to implement the entire process of demarcating (receiving, resolving, returning results) a number of administrative procedures in the field of civil status in the province.
At the same time, it is responsible for reviewing, presiding over, and coordinating with a number of relevant functional agencies to review, evaluate, advise, and propose tasks related to the management, operation, exploitation, and use of civil status data of the province to ensure compliance with Central regulations and in accordance with the usage goals and management requirements of the locality.
In addition, preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Police and agencies, units and localities to review, advise and propose the awarding of certificates of merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to collectives and individuals with truly excellent, typical, outstanding, positive achievements, and complete tasks related to the digitization of civil status data ahead of schedule.
According to the report of the Department of Justice of Binh Dinh province, up to now, 8/11 localities of the province have completely completed the work of digitizing local civil status data into the shared civil status management information system of the Ministry of Justice. Only Hoai An district, An Nhon town and Quy Nhon city have not completed it.
