(BD) - On April 24, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan approved Decision No. 1422/QD-UBND approving the Plan to reduce processing time and compliance costs for 407 administrative procedures (APs) that generate transaction records in practice in the province .
Accordingly, the average reduction in processing time and compliance costs for the whole province reached 43.86%. Some agencies had high reduction rates, such as: Department of Science and Technology , Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Health , Department of Education and Training , Department of Justice, Department of Construction.

Specifically, the plan to reduce the time for the One-Stop Department to receive documents is reduced by 43.02 % ; b . The number of processing specialists decreased by 47.57 % ; the number of processing room leaders decreased by 54.38 % ; the number of processing agency leaders decreased by 52.49 % ; the number of consultation steps decreased by 32.08 % ; the number of field inspection steps decreased by 51.91% ; the number of processing offices of the provincial People's Committee decreased by 56.19 % ; and the number of document processing steps decreased by 39.95 % .
According to information from the Provincial People's Committee Office, with the rate of processing time and compliance costs reduced by 43.86%, Binh Dinh has exceeded 13.86% of the target assigned by the Government (30%) in Resolution No. 66/NQ-CP dated March 26 , 2025 on the Program to reduce and simplify administrative procedures related to production and business activities in 2025 and 2026.
