The Politburo appointed Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Nguyen Thai Hoc as Acting Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee.

Ms. Truong Thi Mai - Politburo member, Permanent member of the Secretariat, Head of the Central Organization Commission, represented the Politburo to attend the decision announcement ceremony.

Also attending were Mr. Phan Dinh Trac - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission ; Mr. Mai Van Chinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Commission.

At the ceremony, Standing member of the Secretariat, Head of the Central Organization Committee Truong Thi Mai presented the Politburo's decision to transfer Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc, Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee, to act as Acting Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee.

Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc, born in 1972, hometown Hoa Quang Bac commune, Phu Hoa district, Phu Yen province.

Mr. Hoc has a PhD in Political Science, a Bachelor of Law, a Bachelor of Political Theory; a member of the National Assembly's Judiciary Committee; a National Assembly Delegate of the XIII and XIV terms.

Before becoming Acting Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Hoc held many positions. In 2002, he was Secretary of Phu Yen Provincial Youth Union. In July 2006, he was appointed Secretary of Song Hinh District Party Committee, Phu Yen Province. In June 2011, he was elected to the Phu Yen Provincial Party Committee and served as Deputy Head of the Phu Yen Provincial National Assembly Delegation.

In July 2013, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee assigned and appointed Mr. Hoc as Head of the Internal Affairs Committee of the Phu Yen Provincial Party Committee. In January 2015, he was elected to the Standing Committee and continued to hold the position of Head of the Internal Affairs Committee of the Phu Yen Provincial Party Committee. On June 15, 2018, Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc was assigned by the Secretariat to work at the Central Internal Affairs Committee and held the position of Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee.
