According to the representative of the Organizing Committee, the training course for reserve officers this time includes 60 comrades who are qualified reserve non-commissioned officers of grade 1 selected from districts, towns and cities in the province. During the 3-month training period with over 400 lessons, the trainees are imparted with basic knowledge of political theory, military, state law in the field of national defense, basic combat skills; responsibilities and tasks of commanding officers in managing and training reserve mobilization units.

This is a class of reserve officers trained with local budget to supplement the source of reserve officers for the province's reserve mobilization units in performing training, drills and combat readiness tasks. During the training process, Regiment 126 was assigned by the Provincial Military Command to coordinate with the Military School of Military Region 3 to organize review, exams and award graduation certificates to students.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Colonel Vu Trong Thoan requested teachers to prepare well lesson plans and lectures, and organize training to ensure compliance with the set plan. Students need to uphold the spirit of solidarity, strictly follow the regulations of the class, overcome difficulties to fully participate in learning, and ensure absolute safety in all aspects.
