The emulation period takes place from November 20, 2025 to January 31, 2026. With the spirit of "High determination, drastic action, practical efficiency", the agencies and units of the Quang Ngai Provincial Military Command promote their combined strength, create a vibrant emulation atmosphere, and strive to comprehensively complete the assigned targets and tasks.

At the same time, step up propaganda and political and ideological education, clarify the leadership role of the Party, the tradition of the Vietnam People's Army, the historical value of the first General Election to elect the Vietnamese National Assembly and the significance of the 14th National Congress of the Party; arouse the pride and responsibility of cadres and soldiers; create motivation to successfully complete local defense and military tasks; participate in natural disaster prevention and control, and support people in socio-economic development.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Vo Tan Tai requested that agencies and units promote the spirit of solidarity; self-reliance; dynamism, creativity, emulation, make many new achievements, and excellently complete assigned tasks. Focus on doing well the propaganda work, well organizing the activities to celebrate the 81st anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army, the 36th anniversary of the National Defense Day, the 80th anniversary of the first general election to elect the Vietnamese National Assembly and the 14th National Party Congress.
