At the same time, proposals were made regarding the regime and policies; maintaining the regime and order; building the unit's environmental landscape, ensuring a good material and spiritual life for officers, non-commissioned officers and soldiers.

Regarding opinions related to standards, policies and regimes, Colonel Nguyen Hong Loi - Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command and members of the working delegation directly answered, analyzed and clarified related contents. At the same time, he directed the professional departments and offices to focus on reviewing and resolving to ensure the rights of officers, non-commissioned officers and soldiers of the Mat Island Mixed Battalion. For any content beyond the authority, the conference chair and the agencies of the Provincial Military Command will synthesize and report to the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the head of the Provincial Military Command and the superiors for further explanation.
