Responding to Document No. 9347/VPCP-TH dated September 30, 2025 of the Government Office on reporting on the implementation of the Government and Prime Minister's Work Program in 2025 and registration in 2026, the Ministry of Industry and Trade reports.
Implementing Decision No. 150/QD-TTg dated January 16, 2025 of the Prime Minister promulgating the Government and Prime Minister's Work Program in 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 225/QD-BCT dated January 24, 2025 to organize the implementation of assigned tasks.
In 2026, the Ministry of Industry and Trade registered 6 projects to submit to the Government .
In 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade was assigned to develop and submit to the Government and the Prime Minister 21 tasks, including: 2 Laws; 8 Decrees; 4 Projects, 2 Programs, 1 Plan, 2 Decisions and 2 Strategies. By the time of reporting, the Ministry of Industry and Trade had submitted to the Government and the Prime Minister 18 tasks and was urgently implementing the remaining 3 tasks.
Regarding the 2026 tasks, the Ministry of Industry and Trade registered 6 projects to submit to the Government and the Prime Minister, including:
Project to implement the ASEAN Economic Community Plan after 2025, vision 2045.
Research, review, evaluate, develop a roadmap and legal system to deploy the Renewable Energy Certificate (REC) Market
Decree amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 62/2025/ND-CP dated March 4, 2025 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Electricity Law on protection of electricity works and safety in the electricity sector.
