On the morning of November 23, the rural concrete roads in Van Loc village, Hoa My commune, Dak Lak (formerly Tay Hoa district, Phu Yen ) were flooded with mud, grass, and garbage. Dozens of soldiers from Company 6, Battalion 303, Infantry Regiment 584 spread out, using hoes and tools to help people clear the layer of mud, grass, and garbage that was more than 1 meter high.
At the concrete road to group 3, Van Loc village was blocked by a thick layer of mud hundreds of meters long. The soldiers tried their best to clean up and clear the road for people to travel. Everyone was covered in mud but very urgent.
Senior Lieutenant Bui Phuong Nam, Deputy Commander of Company 6, said the Regiment has sent more than 200 soldiers to help overcome the consequences of the flood and distribute food to people in isolated areas.
The soldiers participated in cleaning up the roads, and also helped clean up schools and houses that were heavily damaged. Each area had 7-10 soldiers participating, and it has been 5 days now.

"In addition, we actively receive necessities supported by organizations and individuals across the country to supply to people affected by damage," said Senior Lieutenant Phuong.
The green shirts spreading out on the streets to help people overcome the consequences of floods have become a beautiful image of Uncle Ho's soldiers in natural disasters and floods.
