Specifically, establish the Department of Finance on the basis of merging the Department of Finance and the Department of Planning and Investment; establish the Department of Construction on the basis of merging the Department of Construction and the Department of Transport; establish the Department of Science and Technology on the basis of merging the Department of Science and Technology and the Department of Information and Communications; establish the Department of Home Affairs on the basis of merging the Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs; establish the Department of Agriculture and Environment on the basis of merging the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
Maintain 7 specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee (with adjusted functions, tasks and internal organizational structure), including: Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Department of Education and Training; Department of Justice; Department of Health; Department of Industry and Trade; Provincial Inspectorate; Office of the Provincial People's Committee. The functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of specialized agencies are decided by the Provincial People's Committee according to its authority.
At the same time, announce the Decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on early retirement for comrade Do Hai Dien, Director of the Department of Science and Technology; the time of early retirement is from March 1, 2025.
