The report and comments at the meeting affirmed: In recent times, the task of developing science and technology, innovation and digital transformation in the Army has been closely directed by the leaders of the Ministry of National Defense; agencies and units have proactively, made efforts and resolutely implemented it, especially the Department of Military Science and Command 86 have advised on synchronous coordination and implementation of many key tasks. Timely advising on the development of proposals for ordering the framework of the 2025-2030 list of national products, weapons and technical equipment products of strategic significance, science and technology programs at the Ministry of National Defense level, the task of mass production of "O", basic research tasks, foundational technology, core technology and investment projects to strengthen science and technology potential.

From the beginning of 2025 to now, the number of level 3 contacts connected to transmit military data has reached 94%; the rate of full-process electronic documents, using personal digital signatures of agencies and units under the Ministry of National Defense has reached nearly 90%; fully deploying 100% of official digital certificates and security digital certificates to serve the activities of 2-level local authorities. Providing online public services with 216 administrative procedures, 67 full-process public services, 100% electronic results, more than 228,000 records received and processed online; more than 66,000 records have been encrypted.

Speaking at the meeting, Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh praised the agencies and units for their great efforts and determination, contributing to creating clear changes in the work of developing science and technology, innovation and digital transformation of the Army; requested that in the coming time, members of the Working Group in their respective fields proactively and resolutely direct agencies and units to actively disseminate and implement the resolutions of the Politburo and the Central Military Commission on developing science and technology, innovation and digital transformation.

The General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army directed the Department of Operations to preside over and coordinate with agencies and units to accelerate the implementation of the project on science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation to serve command automation and modernization of the Army. The Department of Finance presided over the completion of the project on developing strategic digital technology enterprises in the Ministry of National Defense to pioneer in developing digital infrastructure, digital human resources, digital data, strategic technology and cybersecurity; complete the development of a plan for digital economic development, promoting the consumption of products and services in the digital environment.

The Military Technical Academy presides over research, proposes to build a model and project to establish a Key Research Center on Artificial Intelligence and Data Science in the Ministry of National Defense to gather and form specialized research groups; build a domestic and international cooperation network on artificial intelligence; build a network of research groups on artificial intelligence applications between research institutes, academies, and military schools.

The Department of Military Science presides over and coordinates with agencies and units to regularly monitor, urge, and synthesize the results of implementing tasks, especially tasks assigned by the Government to the Ministry of National Defense.
