On July 15, 2024, the Ministry of Information and Communications issued Document No. 2765/BTTTT-CĐSQG announcing the list of national digital platforms deployed by ministries and branches nationwide for localities to exploit and avoid duplication. In order to promote the deployment and use of digital platforms, information systems, and applications on a national scale, avoid duplication among ministries, branches, and localities, and increase local initiative, based on proposals from ministries and branches, the Ministry of Information and Communications has compiled a list of platforms deployed by ministries and branches nationwide. The Ministry of Information and Communications said that this list will be regularly updated. The list of national digital platforms includes digital platforms, information systems, and applications invested in and deployed by ministries and branches nationwide from the central to local levels, such as: National investment information system, National bidding network system, National business registration information system, etc. These national digital platforms are platforms serving the professional and state management functions of ministries and branches at the local level; are tools to support agencies, organizations, and individuals in their work; support the provision of information and direction from the central to local levels; support localities in updating information, reporting, and statistics for ministries and branches. According to the list of platforms and information systems deployed nationwide to local levels updated to July 3, 2024, there are 103 digital platforms of the Ministries of Public Security, Finance, Planning and Investment, Construction, Transport, Justice, etc. announced.

According to this list, there are some ministries that have not announced the national deployment platform such as: Ministry of Industry and Trade; Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Ministry of Health; Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;... The Ministry of Information and Communications requests that ministries and branches that have not announced urgently review and send to the Ministry of Information and Communications for announcement. "If localities do not announce and implement overlapping or duplicated information, they must be responsible to the Prime Minister", the document signed by Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Pham Duc Long clearly stated. Ministries and sectors promptly update the list of platforms when there are changes; review and connect digital platforms in the list with the National Data Integration and Sharing Platform to share and exchange data with local platforms. The Ministry of Information and Communications also recommends that localities actively exploit and use platforms deployed by ministries and sectors. At the same time, proactively deploy your own digital transformation solutions; avoid overlapping and duplication with digital platforms announced by ministries and sectors.
