In addition to propaganda activities, the delegation presented gifts including necessities, life jackets and national flags to fishing households operating in traditional fishing grounds around the island, providing more motivation for people to confidently go out to sea and stick to the sea.

Mr. Tran Huu Lam, 57 years old, residing in Ngu Phung commune (Phu Quy district) shared: "Thanks to the soldiers disseminating legal knowledge and instructing us on how to handle unexpected situations at sea, we are more confident when going out to sea to make a living and always uphold the awareness of obeying the law, not encroaching on foreign waters."
