Kera vegetable candy shows signs of violating food advertising regulations
Today, March 7, the Food Safety Department said that it had received information on a number of websites, Facebook, TikTok... advertising the SUPERGREENS GUMMIES supplement product called Kera Vegetable Candy (announced by Sisters Group Joint Stock Company, address: 144-146-148, Street 11, Ward 5, An Phu Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City), produced at ASIA LIFE Joint Stock Company, address No. 18/99 Nguyen Van Linh, Ea Tu Commune, Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak Province) with signs of violating regulations on food advertising, causing public outrage.

The Food Safety Department requested the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Food Safety to inspect the production conditions, announcement and advertising of Kera vegetable candy products.

In response to the above information, the Food Safety Department has sent a dispatch requesting the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Food Safety to urgently inspect the operations of Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company (located in Ho Chi Minh City) regarding the production, publication, and advertising conditions of Kera vegetable candy products and strictly handle violations (if any) in accordance with the provisions of law; at the same time, announce the inspection results on the media.

The Food Safety Department also requested the Dak Lak Department of Health to urgently direct the inspection of ASIA LIFE Joint Stock Company (located in Dak Lak province) regarding compliance with the conditions in the production process for Kera vegetable candy products. Whether the production of Kera vegetable candy products on the licensed production lines is in accordance with regulations or not and strictly handle violations (if any) in accordance with the provisions of law and at the same time announce the results on the mass media.
