Training on clerical and archival work for Son Hoa district officials

On May 7, the People's Committee of Son Hoa district coordinated with the Department of Home Affairs to organize a conference to disseminate the responsibility for performing document and archive work during the period of organizational restructuring.

At the conference, more than 250 cadres, civil servants and public employees working in the field of document and archive work of agencies and units in Son Hoa district were informed about the following topics: Strengthening document and archive work in the period of restructuring the apparatus of the political system and orientation for implementation in the coming time; Current status of document and archive management of ministries, branches and localities and responsibilities of agencies, organizations and individuals in document and archive work. At the same time, they were instructed on the professional skills of editing paper archives, digitizing archives and directly answering difficulties and problems related to document and archive work in the context of restructuring the apparatus and organization of two-level local governments.

The conference aims to help officials and civil servants improve their awareness, skills and expertise in document and archive work; unify the direction for implementing tasks in the coming time, contributing to effectively serving the process of arranging and perfecting the organizational apparatus of the current political system and government at all levels.
