This activity is part of the 2025 work of the VFF Sports Medicine Department on the plan to organize monthly training sessions on nutrition for athletes, coaching staff, and medical staff of the U14 and U16 women's teams.

“You are young players, still developing your career, your body needs to be stronger to be able to participate in tournaments. We hope you can take advantage of the knowledge in this seminar, apply it to your daily meals, to have an increasingly stronger physique,” Mr. Takako shared.
Directly exchanging knowledge at the workshop included experts: Mr. Takako Yoshuyuki - Director of SHIDAX General Research Institute and Ms. Tsuyuzaki Noriko - Sports Nutrition Expert, Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Tram Anh - Master of Nutrition, Hanoi Medical University.
Nutritional support activities for players of the Youth Football Training Center are carried out through the organization of regular seminars by Japanese and Vietnamese nutrition experts, starting from the beginning of November.

The effectiveness of training will be evaluated by pre-post comparison test. For coaches in addition to attending the workshop, experts will provide the company's E-learning program to help improve their understanding of sports and nutrition, thereby applying it to future training.
This is the first nutrition seminar with the topic of athlete meal foundation and survey of eating environment and sports nutrition knowledge.
In the following sessions (1 session per month), the experts will continue to teach about the following contents: Essential nutrients for the development stage, rehydration, competition diet and issues for female athletes.
The nutrition seminar will end around March 2026.
