VEAM (VEA) is about to pay 2024 dividend at a rate of more than 46.58%

VHO - Vietnam Engine and Agricultural Machinery Corporation - JSC (VEAM, stock code: VEA) has just announced that on November 19, it will close the list of shareholders to pay dividends for 2024.

Specifically, VEAM will pay cash dividends at a rate of up to 46.5808%, equivalent to each share receiving more than 4,658 VND. The expected payment date is December 19, 2025. With 1.3288 billion shares in circulation, the total amount that VEAM must pay in this dividend payment is up to nearly 6,190 billion VND.

As of September 30, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade is the parent shareholder, owning nearly 88.47% of the charter capital at VEAM. It is estimated that in this 2024 dividend payment, the Ministry of Industry and Trade will collect nearly VND 5,476 billion from VEAM.

VEAM's move to pay high dividends comes as the company's 2025 business results continue to record steady growth. The third quarter 2025 financial report shows that VEAM achieved net revenue of nearly VND 1,090 billion, up 4% over the same period last year. After deducting expenses and taxes, after-tax profit reached more than VND 1,820.5 billion, up 9.2% over the third quarter of 2024.

In the first 9 months of 2025, VEAM brought in net revenue of more than VND 3,177 billion, up 6.9% over the same period; profit after tax reached nearly VND 5,230.7 billion, up 6.2%. This result helped the enterprise complete 82.6% of the annual profit plan, when the target for the whole year of 2025 was set at VND 6,330.3 billion.
