Trash Pickup Coffee

After having coffee to "start" the day, the group members started picking up trash, promoting the young people to protect the environment for a clean and green city.

On the morning of September 29, after meeting for coffee, young people in the Bien Hoa Xanh group picked up trash together along Bien Hung Lake, Bien Hoa City.

Bien Hoa Xanh Group, under the Vietnam Youth Union of Bien Hoa City, was established in June 2023. In addition to projects to clean up polluted canals, the group has recently implemented many new models such as: Trash-picking cafes, talk shows about the environment, limiting the use of plastic products...

Not only on the lakeside, even on the grass in the park there is a lot of trash that the group cleaned up.

After drinking coffee, a resident saw the Bien Hoa Xanh group come and throw the plastic coffee cup into a trash bag.

The boy saw his brother and sister picking up trash and also picked up a straw under the bench he was sitting on.

Mr. Nguyen Nhat Tuan, Chairman of Bien Hoa Xanh Club, said that the group currently has 20 official members and about 50 collaborators. They are mainly workers, office staff, students... who share the same passion and enthusiasm for community activities.

Bien Hoa Xanh's inspiring approach to environmental protection is being enthusiastically responded to by young people and many coffee shops in Dong Nai , and has had a widespread effect.
