Whales continue to appear in Nha Trang Bay

On the morning of July 28, a whale appeared in the sea near Hon Mun Island, Nha Trang Bay; surrounded by a flock of seabirds circling and competing for food, creating a lively scene. This is the second time a whale has appeared in this area in the past week - a rare phenomenon that has not been recorded in many years.

According to the leader of Nha Trang Bay Management Board, the return of whales to Nha Trang Bay is not only a special ecological image, but also a vivid proof of the effectiveness of marine ecosystem management and conservation. In recent years, Khanh Hoa province has synchronously implemented the Nha Trang Bay Marine Ecosystem Restoration Plan, including directing the strict protection of Nha Trang Bay conservation area, improving the capacity to monitor and control tourism activities and marine resource exploitation, gradually moving towards the goal of developing sustainable ecotourism in harmony with nature conservation.
