At 11pm on December 24, thousands of people flocked to the area of the Great Church (Hanoi) to have fun, take pictures and wait together for the moment of Christ's birth.
All the streets around the Cathedral were full.
The Great Church is one of the places that organizes Christmas on a large scale and attracts the most people in Hanoi.
Everyone took photos together, checked in to save memorable moments with friends and relatives.

At midnight on December 25, the bell rang and couples exchanged sweet kisses to feel the sacredness of the moment of Christ's birth.
Those kisses made the cold Christmas night warmer, sweeter and more romantic than ever.
Nguyen Uyen Vy (Ha Dong) shared: “I feel extremely happy with my lover. Even though we just started dating and don’t have many memories, this is probably one of our most memorable memories.”
Mr. Pham Tuan Duong (Ha Dong) shared: “Today is a special day for me and my lover, the day that marks our 1 year of love. I brought my lover here, both to celebrate Christmas and to celebrate our 1 year of love. We fell in love on December 24th and also at the Cathedral, so when I came here, I had a lot of emotions. When the bell rang, it was the moment Jesus was born, I prayed that we would always be together, would go to the Cathedral together to celebrate Christmas for many more years and I also wished everyone happiness, joy and success”.
