How to make delicious fried ham with plastic bottles
Instead of using banana leaves or metal molds to wrap fried spring rolls, you can use plastic bottles to make delicious fried spring rolls.
First, the plastic bottle needs to be washed and dried, then the top of the bottle needs to be cut off and a few small holes punched in the bottom of the bottle to allow air to escape.
Once the ingredients are done stir-frying, let them cool a bit, then start putting them in the bottle and pressing them down so that the meat fills the bottle completely, without any gaps. How to make vegetarian fried ham

Ingredients: Wood ear mushrooms; bean curd skin; snow fungus; gluten; agar powder; five-spice powder; spices: fish sauce, salt, MSG, pepper, cooking oil...
Preparation: Soak wood ear and snow fungus in hot water until soft. Then, remove the hard stem and cut into thin strips. Wash the dry bean curd 3 times with warm water until clean and soft, then drain and slice. For the seitan, boil it in boiling water until soft and then cut it into short pieces. Put all the ingredients you just prepared in a bowl, marinate with five-spice powder, MSG, fish sauce (vegetarian), and pepper to taste. Cover the bowl tightly and put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to let the ingredients absorb the spices.
Then you put the pan on the stove, add about 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. When the oil in the pan boils, you take the mixture of: snow fungus, wood ear, bean curd and marinated seitan into the pan and stir-fry until cooked, then season with more spices (if needed) to taste.
Boil about 2 bowls of filtered water, when the water boils, add a sufficient amount of agar powder, stir well until the agar powder dissolves. Wait about 5 minutes then turn off the stove. Add the stir-fried ingredients to the agar water pot and mix well. When the mixture is even, take small bowls and pour the mixture into each bowl one by one until finished.
