The Department of Home Affairs of Hung Yen province has just issued Official Dispatch No. 2197 dated May 26, 2025 on supporting the organization of the procession and enshrinement ceremony of Buddha's relics - the National Treasure of India at Chuong Pagoda, Hien Nam Ward, Hung Yen City.
The content of the dispatch is as follows: From May 28, 2025 to May 30, 2025, the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha will organize a procession and enshrinement ceremony of Buddha's relics from Truc Lam Yen Tu Palace in Quang Ninh province to Chuong Pagoda in Hung Yen city, Hung Yen province with thousands of participants. To ensure security, order and traffic safety throughout the event, the Organizing Committee has developed a plan to set up checkpoints at the entrances and exits of the central area of Hung Yen city. This directly affects the movement of officials, civil servants, public employees and workers to agencies, organizations and units.
To facilitate the movement in and out of the central area of Hung Yen city, ensuring that cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers complete their assigned tasks well, the Department of Home Affairs requests agencies, organizations, units and localities to inform cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers under their management authority when arriving at checkpoints to present their Civil Servant Card or Confirmation Paper from the agency, organization, unit or locality. Hung Yen Newspaper reports on mass media so that cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers can promptly grasp the above content.
