Currently, the Provincial Blind Association has 990 members, of which 757 members have built families, 39 female members are single mothers. Every year, the Blind Association at all levels coordinate with functional agencies to organize training courses on family work, gender equality, reproductive health care, etc. Female officials and members actively participate in emulation movements and campaigns organized by the Women's Union at all levels such as: Emulation movement "Building Hung Yen women with knowledge, morality, health, responsibility for family and society" associated with promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style, the campaign "Building a family of 5 no's, 3 clean's"... Many clubs for the blind such as: "Happy Pink Kitchen", "Happy Family", "Women of Faith"... operate effectively.Education , vocational training and job creation for the blind are focused on helping members have the conditions to build happy families.

At the workshop, members discussed and shared about: Caring for family happiness for blind women at all levels of the association; the role of parents in building family happiness; promoting the role of women in building happy families...

On this occasion, the Provincial Women's Union awarded 40 gifts to female members attending the workshop.
