Once the pride of Vinh city (old), however, up to now, after 50 years of use, Quang Trung apartment building, Thanh Vinh ward, Nghe An province has seriously degraded, many items are at risk of collapsing at any time, people always live in a state of insecurity, especially during the rainy season.
