Officers and soldiers of the Hai Ba Trung District Military Command and related units are urgently installing a fireworks display at Thong Nhat Park to serve the live television program "Forever the Triumphant Song" to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).

On the morning of April 27, the installation of fireworks at Thong Nhat Park was actively carried out by officers and soldiers of the Hai Ba Trung District Military Command and related units. To serve the fireworks display well, the Hai Ba Trung District Military Command mobilized all human resources to closely coordinate with related units. The installation work is performed by the unit to ensure absolute safety. This display features 600 high-altitude fireworks combined with 90 low-altitude fireworks. The work of connecting fireworks to the control panel was carefully performed by the staff. Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Anh, Deputy Commander of the Hai Ba Trung District Military Command, said: “All officers and soldiers participating in the installation of the battlefield have been thoroughly trained and strictly followed the regulations during the deployment process. In addition, officers from the Z121 factory were also present to support the unit to ensure absolute accuracy during the installation.” Each firework is strictly preserved and clearly labeled. After installation, the artillery rigs will be wrapped in foil and covered with tarpaulin to avoid being affected by the weather. Z121 factory staff ( Ministry of Defense ) check the wire system connected to the fireworks display. The organization of the program and fireworks display aims to create an exciting atmosphere, national pride, and solidarity among the people of the capital to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day. Fireworks display time from 9:45 pm to 10:00 pm today (April 27).
