BHG - According to the reporter's records, at around 8:00 a.m. on June 2, at the Tan Quang intersection turning into Provincial Road 177, in Xuan Hoa village, Tan Quang commune (Bac Quang), there was a situation where people were drying rice on the road 177. Here, many sacks, tarpaulins and a large amount of rice were spread out over half of the road, the length of the road occupied for drying rice was up to 30-40m, obstructing traffic, posing a potential risk to traffic safety.

The current practice of farmers drying rice on the roadway mentioned above not only affects the traffic infrastructure, but also violates the provisions of the Road Traffic Law.
