The Resolution aims to concretize the Party and State's policies and guidelines on education , ensure fairness in access to education, create conditions for children and students in the city to study; at the same time, regulate tuition fees, tuition fee areas and tuition support in a unified and transparent manner, contributing to improving the quality of education. The total estimated budget for tuition compensation and support for educational institutions, students and learners when implementing this Resolution is about 457 billion VND, of which the budget to support students of private schools is 19 billion VND.

Online learning applies 75% of the prescribed tuition fee.

Based on this tuition fee, the city budget will subsidize public educational institutions and support 100% of tuition fees for students studying at private and non-public institutions. The support level is to ensure that students at non-public institutions enjoy the same benefits as public students, contributing to the implementation of a fair education policy.

This is an important resource to ensure that educational institutions fully implement the general education program, reduce the tuition burden for parents...
