On August 8, Lam Dong Provincial Police said that in Lam Vien Ward, Da Lat, a 4-year-old child had a seizure and was immediately taken to the emergency room by a Traffic Police officer, out of danger.
Previously, at around 8:45 p.m. on August 7, while on duty at unit number 53, Hung Vuong street, Lam Vien ward - Da Lat, Major Duong Dinh Nghia, Traffic Police Department, Lam Dong Provincial Police received urgent information about a child about 4 years old having convulsions and needing support.
The child's family said that on the evening of the same day, the family went from Nha Trang to Da Lat for a vacation . While traveling on Hung Vuong Street, the child had a seizure and turned purple.
Due to the emergency situation and not knowing the shortest route to a medical facility, the family went to the Traffic Police Department headquarters to request assistance.
Immediately afterwards, Major Duong Dinh Nghia quickly got in the lead car and coordinated to take the child to Lam Dong General Hospital for timely emergency care.
Currently, the child is being monitored and treated by doctors at Lam Dong General Hospital. The actions of Major Duong Dinh Nghia demonstrate the spirit of serving the people of the police force, always ready to support people in emergency situations.
