Traffic police will send notice to vehicle owner 2 hours after vehicle violation

(QNgTV) - The Traffic Police Department plans to notify vehicle owners within two hours of a violation being detected, in order to reduce trouble for people and improve handling efficiency.

To implement this, the Department will establish a specialized team responsible for detecting violating vehicles through the monitoring system, looking up vehicle owner information in the registration database, and sending notifications through channels such as the VNeID application, specialized software, or the police force of communes and wards. Along with that, the Traffic Police Department will put into operation a data center and monitor activities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Sending early notifications will help people proactively handle violations, avoiding late detection during vehicle inspection or other administrative procedures.
