The conference listened to comrade Le Hai Yen, Head of the Organizing Committee of Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee, announce the decision of the Secretariat on approving two comrades: Major General Vu Hong Quang, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of Cao Bang Provincial Police; Le Hai Hoa, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Cao Bang City Party Committee to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee.
Two comrades: Vu Dinh Quang, Provincial Party Committee member, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cao Bang province; Le Hai Yen, Provincial Party Committee member, Head of the Organization Board of Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee joined the Standing Committee of Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee.
Congratulating the two new Deputy Secretaries of Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee, Comrade Quan Minh Cuong, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Cao Bang Province, emphasized that this is a worthy recognition of the capacity, qualities, prestige, training and dedication of the comrades.
At the same time, it is also the trust and expectation of the Central Committee and the entire Party Committee and people of Cao Bang province in the leadership role of the two Deputy Secretaries on the next development path of the province.
The Secretary of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee emphasized that the four comrades assigned new tasks today are all excellent and exemplary cadres in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.
The comrades are well-trained, have experienced many working positions, matured from the grassroots and always complete well all assigned tasks.
The Secretary of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee requested that, in their new positions of responsibility, the comrades who received the approval decision from the Secretariat today continue to promote their practical work experiences, continue to strive, cultivate and practice their moral qualities and lifestyle, improve their political capacity, and be absolutely loyal to the revolutionary cause of the Party; promptly get to work, grasp the work quickly, closely follow the grassroots, wholeheartedly and wholeheartedly, promote the sense of responsibility, intelligence, capacity, solidarity and unity, and together with the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial Party Executive Committee, lead Cao Bang province to successfully complete the targets set out in the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress.
Speaking at the conference, Major General Vu Hong Quang, Deputy Secretary of Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee, expressed his deep honor to receive the approval decision of the Secretariat.
Identifying this as an honor and at the same time a great responsibility, comrade Vu Hong Quang affirmed that he will continue to try, strive, constantly research, learn, unite, stay close to the grassroots, devote all his intelligence and strength to work, serve the Fatherland and serve the people.
