According to Dr. Tran Ngoc Hai, Director of Tu Du Hospital, this year's conference attracted more than 3,000 registered delegates from hospitals, medical facilities, and universities nationwide; 14 international reporters, who are leading experts from major associations such as FIGO (International Federation of Obstetrics and Gynecology), ISUOG (International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology), CNGOF (French Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology), AOFOG (Asian-Pacific Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology), ERC (European Resuscitation Council), PREIS Institute and prestigious universities and hospitals in the UK, France, Italy, Australia and Singapore.
Within the framework of the conference, more than 50 in-depth reports were presented, focusing on practical and highly updated topics such as: Gynecological laparoscopic surgery and minimally invasive treatment; Prenatal diagnosis and modern fetal intervention techniques; Application of genetics in obstetrics; Gynecological cancer, HPV and cervical cancer; Management of high-risk pregnancy, obstetric emergencies, treatment of premature birth; Optimizing obstetric-pediatric coordination in interdisciplinary care.
“One of the special highlights of this year’s program is the thematic conference session, jointly organized by a team of experts from ISUOG and Tu Du Hospital, focusing on presenting the latest advances in the field of obstetrics and gynecology ultrasound. The content is specifically designed, close to practical needs, helping doctors quickly update modern diagnostic approaches using imaging,” informed Dr. Tran Ngoc Hai.

At the same time, Dr. Tran Ngoc Hai, MD, PhD, said that in parallel with the main reporting program, the Organizing Committee will deploy 3 specialized workshops to provide essential and intuitive practical knowledge, such as: "Fetal intervention - From theory to practice", "Advances in laparoscopic surgery", "International ultrasound - with assessment and certification exams"...
On this occasion, Tu Du Hospital received the certificate of the first European-standard fetal intervention center in Vietnam recognized by the European International School of Perinatal Medicine, Neonatology and Reproductive Health - PREIS (Italy); at the same time, the Ministry of Health also issued a decision approving the 5 latest fetal intervention techniques, recognizing a major step forward in the field of fetal medicine in Vietnam.
