Cat Tien: 10 households produce Baxe rice variety

Cat Tien district has just approved the Model of linking the production of Baxe specialty rice variety with high productivity and quality on an area of ​​3.5 hectares in Dong Nai Thuong commune, with a total of 10 participating households.

Accordingly, the Cat Tien District Farmers' Association supports farmers participating in the model to buy Baxe rice seeds along with materials, fertilizers, pesticides, and rice packaging at quality-assured suppliers.

At the same time, regularly inspect, monitor and guide farmers to properly practice the technical process of producing Baxe rice varieties; evaluate economic efficiency, draw experience during the implementation process; thereby coordinate with the People's Committee of Dong Nai Thuong commune and other localities to widely disseminate the model for farmers to learn and replicate.
