Phu Kieng Bridge was washed away by floodwaters again.

On November 17, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Anh Minh - Chairman of Tay Nha Trang Ward People's Committee said that Phu Kieng wooden bridge across Cai Nha Trang River was swept away by floodwaters.

Phu Kieng Bridge was partially washed away in the middle of Cai River.

The Phu Kieng bridge crossing has been blocked.

The Cai River water rose to the lower edge of the wooden deck of Phu Kieng Bridge.

Previously, from the evening of November 16, when the water on Cai River rose rapidly due to water flowing from upstream, the People's Committee of Tay Nha Trang Ward assigned people to stand guard; by 24:00 on November 16, travel across Phu Kieng Bridge was officially suspended. By 6:00 a.m. on November 17, floodwaters swept away a section of the wooden bridge. Currently, floodwaters continue to rise rapidly and have almost reached the lower edge of the wooden bridge floor.

The Phu Kieng bridge being washed away has caused about 2,000 households in Xuan Ngoc, Hon Nghe 1, Hon Nghe 2 villages of Tay Nha Trang ward to face difficulties when moving to the central area.
