MU was lucky to get 1 point away from home after a late goal from Matthijs de Ligt. However, the recent performance could not satisfy the "Red Devils" fans.

On social media, most fans were confused by coach Amorim's team formation. Many said that he made a big mistake by letting Bryan Mbeumo, who was just named "October's best player", move to the left wing instead of his usual right wing.

Mbeumo opened the scoring for MU against Tottenham. However, playing on the left wing does not help this striker play as freely as on the opposite wing.

One angry fan wrote: “Amorim ruined this match. Why did Mbeumo stay on the left wing the whole match?” Another commented: “Mbeumo stayed on the left wing, Cunha on the right, while Sesko came on. I don’t understand what Amorim was thinking.”

Another account was blunt: “This is probably Amorim's worst performance this season. Keeping Mbeumo on the left wing was a serious mistake."

Some fans also said that the Portuguese coach reacted too slowly by not changing the attack in time: "Cunha played very badly today, he should have put Mason Mount or Joshua Zirkzee on the field sooner."

This draw leaves MU 7 points behind the top team Arsenal, while the "Gunners" still have one match left to play.

Young MU player scores solo goal from home field . In the early morning of November 5, midfielder Jacob Devaney scored a beautiful solo goal to help U21 MU defeat Notts County 2-0 in round 3 of Group D of the Football League Trophy.
