To continue to better care for the material and spiritual life of people with revolutionary contributions and martyrs' relatives, the Provincial People's Committee requests the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; provincial departments, branches, sectors, and mass organizations; provincial socio-political organizations; People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities to implement the following contents:
Strengthen the propaganda of the Party's policies, the State's policies and laws, further promote the care of war invalids, sick soldiers, families of martyrs, and people with revolutionary contributions, in order to promote the tradition of patriotism and the morality of "When drinking water, remember its source" among all classes of people, especially the young generation, making everyone deeply aware and respectfully grateful for the great contributions of heroes, martyrs and people with contributions to the country, for the cause of national liberation and national reunification. Organize incense offering and candle lighting ceremonies to pay tribute to heroes and martyrs at historical sites and works honoring martyrs in a series of activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification.
Promote the movements of "Repaying gratitude" and "All people taking care of people with meritorious services to the country" to create conditions for the whole society to participate in taking care of people with meritorious services; at the same time, commend typical collectives and individuals in this work, as well as exemplary people with meritorious services.

To ensure practical and timely support, the province requires the Department of Home Affairs and the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to carefully review policy beneficiaries, especially those in difficult circumstances such as those living in remote areas, ethnic minority areas, border areas or affected by natural disasters and floods. Carry out the work of repairing and embellishing works honoring martyrs (martyr cemeteries, martyr memorials, martyr temples, martyr stele houses) according to regulations.
Fully and promptly implement all policies for people with revolutionary contributions and relatives of martyrs. Prioritize and promptly allocate funds in the assigned state budget estimates to ensure timely implementation of preferential policies, and have practical solutions to mobilize social resources to care for people with revolutionary contributions.
