At the same time, the police of all units also coordinated with departments, branches, unions, and socio-political organizations to propagate and guide the people to use the VNeID application to directly contribute opinions to the draft. Effectively utilizing the digital platform contributes to promoting administrative reform, clearly demonstrating the pioneering role of the police force in the process of digital transformation and building digital citizens in the new era. At the same time, promoting the role of the core and vanguard force in political advice, contributing to building a socialist rule-of-law state of Vietnam of the people, by the people and for the people.

With the motto "going to every alley, knocking on every door, checking every person", the ward police have gone to each hamlet and house to provide specific instructions, helping people to easily understand, encouraging them to boldly send their comments directly by phone through the VNeID application.
Previously, the Provincial People's Committee issued a document requesting heads of agencies, units, and localities to disseminate and organize the collection of opinions on the draft amendments and supplements to the 2013 Constitution via the VNeID application in the province. The Provincial People's Committee Office published documents for collecting opinions on the An Giang Provincial Electronic Information Portal and coordinated with the Provincial Police to help the Provincial People's Committee leaders monitor, direct, and urge the organization of collecting opinions and contributions from the people in the province. Specifically, the Provincial Police closely coordinated with the Department of Administrative Police for Social Order (Ministry of Public Security), the Department of Science and Technology, and related units to strengthen supervision, detect, and prevent cyber attacks, ensuring information security and safety throughout the period of collecting people's opinions via the VNeID application. At the same time, direct the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order of the Provincial Police and the police of communes, wards and towns in the province to continue to effectively issue electronic identification accounts (VNeID) to eligible citizens; coordinate with the Departmentof Education and Training and relevant units to organize propaganda, instruct students... to participate in contributing opinions on amendments and supplements to the 2013 Constitution via the VNeID application. In particular, the Department of Science and Technology has requested network operators to send SMS messages to all mobile subscribers so that citizens can grasp and participate in contributing to the draft amendments and supplements to the 2013 Constitution via the VNeID application...
In addition, the Provincial People's Committee also requested the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to direct cadres and civil servants to closely coordinate with the police, Party committees, and local authorities to propagate and guide citizens to give opinions on the draft amendments and supplements to the 2013 Constitution through the VNeID application.
