People on both sides of the street have started to clean up and rebuild their lives. Ms. Hai Ha (60 years old) living in alley 51 on this street breathed a sigh of relief when the flood receded. "But now there are a lot of belongings and mud, everyone has to clean up together. After the flood, we suffered a lot of property damage when the water level was nearly a meter high," Ms. Ha said.

Dong Hoa, Dak Lak: Traffic police approached 217 people isolated for 5 days
