Dong Hoa, Dak Lak : Car stuck in ditch, many trees uprooted

On the morning of November 23, Dong Hoa ward (Dak Lak province) was still in a state of devastation and chaos. People on both sides of the street have started to clean up and rebuild their lives. Ms. Hai Ha (60 years old) living in alley 51 on this street breathed a sigh of relief when the flood receded. "But now there are a lot of belongings and mud, everyone has to clean up together. After the flood, we suffered a lot of property damage when the water level was nearly a meter high," Ms. Ha said.

Dong Hoa, Dak Lak: Traffic police approached 217 people isolated for 5 days
