Veterans Party Cell: Carrying out many "Veterans' Love" activities in the term 2020

The War Veterans Party Cell held the 10th Congress, term 2020 - 2025.

The assessment of the implementation of the Resolution of the Provincial War Veterans Association Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term clearly stated: The Provincial War Veterans Association Party has focused on leading and directing the good implementation of the set goals and key tasks.

Visit, give gifts, examine and provide free medicine to members, poor students and people.

In 5 years, the membership has grown to 108.50%; every year, 100% of the grassroots Association organizations are clean and strong, 100% of the members have achieved the title of "Exemplary War Veteran"; 95% of the members' families have achieved the title of "Cultural Family". Established 4 Association organizations in non-state enterprises; 5 Veterans Clubs - Ex-soldiers with good production and business; built and repaired "Comrades' Warm Home" houses, reaching 123% of the set plan.

In addition, the Party Committee coordinated to build 5 "Warm Houses for Comrades" and 3 "Warm Houses for Veterans" for poor members and members who directly participated in the fight against the US to save the country, worth 1.3 billion VND. Visiting, giving gifts, medical examinations, and free medicine to members, poor students and people, worth over 800 million VND; visiting, congratulating and giving gifts to religious organizations and members and people in ethnic minority areas, worth over 80 million VND. The model "Provincial War Veterans Association strengthens solidarity with ethnic and religious compatriots" was recognized by the Party Committee of the Bloc as a "Skilled Mass Mobilization" model in 2024, the "Love Jar" model sponsoring 2 poor students with good academic performance; maintaining sponsorship of an ethnic minority family with especially difficult circumstances in Phan Tien commune.

With the achieved results, during the term, the War Veterans Party Cell was awarded the flag by the Central Committee of the Vietnam War Veterans Association for the period 2019 - 2024 and many certificates of merit from the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Police; recognized for 5 consecutive years (2020 - 2024) for achieving security and order safety and the title "Cultural Standard Agency".

In the coming term, the War Veterans Party Cell will continue to innovate the content and methods, improve the quality of the association's activities, and meet the requirements of the tasks in the new period. Maintain and promote the nature of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", the tradition of "Loyalty, solidarity, exemplary, innovation" of the Vietnam War Veterans Association. Actively coordinate to effectively implement the work of arranging and perfecting the organizational apparatus, restructuring the staff in the direction of streamlining and efficiency, ensuring the requirements and progress of the time according to regulations. Innovate the leadership methods, working style and manner of the Party Committee. Synchronously deploy tasks and solutions to improve the leadership capacity, fighting strength of the Party organization and the quality of the staff and Party members in the direction of streamlining, strengthening, efficiency, effectiveness, and efficiency, meeting the requirements of the tasks in the new era. At the same time, pay attention to directing the serious and effective implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; build a team of cadres with aspirations for development, contributing to the rapid, sustainable, comprehensive and unique development of Lam Dong province after the merger.
