Payment of compensation and support funds for the second phase of the Nha Trang City Mixed-use Urban Area Project

On the afternoon of July 25, the People's Committee of Nam Nha Trang Ward organized the payment of compensation and support funds for the second phase of the Nha Trang City Mixed-use Urban Area Project.

People affected by the project complete procedures to receive compensation and support.

Accordingly, in this phase, the Ward People's Committee will pay 70 billion VND to cases affected by the project. Previously, the locality paid the first phase to affected cases with a total cost of 25 billion VND. It is expected that next week, the Nam Nha Trang Ward People's Committee will pay about 100 billion VND to affected cases.

People are excited to receive compensation and support.

It is known that the Nha Trang City Mixed Urban Area Project is invested by Ha Long Sun Company Limited and Ha Long Asean Tourism Joint Stock Company. The project has a land use scale of about 226.71 hectares in Nam Nha Trang ward. The population scale is about 20,000 people; the total investment capital is more than 17,330 billion VND. Of which, the project implementation cost is more than 16,270 billion VND; the compensation and resettlement support cost is about 1,059 billion VND.

Recently, the Provincial People's Committee has registered this project to be eligible to start construction on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).
