On July 30, the Government coordinated with the National Assembly Standing Committee to organize a national online conference to disseminate and implement a number of Laws and Resolutions of the 15th National Assembly. Comrade Pham Minh Chinh, Politburo member and Prime Minister chaired the conference. Attending at the provincial bridge were Comrade Hoang Gia Long, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and leaders of a number of departments and branches.

At the conference, leaders of ministries and branches thoroughly grasped the main contents, new points and the situation of preparation, implementation and enforcement of the Laws and Resolutions of the 15th National Assembly , including: Resolution No. 129 of the National Assembly on the Law and Ordinance Building Program in 2025, adjusting the Law and Ordinance Building Program in 2024; Regulation No. 178 dated June 27, 2024 of the Central Committee on controlling power, preventing and combating corruption and negativity in law-making work; the Land Law, Housing Law, Real Estate Business Law, Law on Credit Institutions, Road Law, Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety, Law on Social Insurance, Law on the Capital, etc. The contents thoroughly grasped covered many fields with important issues, contributing to building a complete and comprehensive legal system, fundamentally solving bottlenecks, inadequacies and problems in practice.
Concluding the conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized: Building and perfecting institutions is one of the three strategic breakthroughs and major policies of the Party and State. However, building and promulgating laws and resolutions is difficult, putting these documents into practice and making them effective is even more difficult. Therefore, the Prime Minister requested delegates to clearly understand the new points, key contents, requirements and main tasks to put newly issued laws and resolutions into practice. Local authorities of provinces and cities should proactively review, research, prepare necessary conditions and organize the implementation of assigned powers and tasks, especially new powers and tasks added in laws, resolutions of the National Assembly, pilot and specific mechanisms and policies. Continue to strengthen coordination, create synchronization and unity among agencies to improve the quality of implementation, ensure the effective implementation of laws and resolutions of the National Assembly, contribute to promoting socio-economic development; strengthen control of power, prevent and combat corruption and negativity in law-making work./.
