During the period of 1 month, 39 trainees who are cadres, party members of branches and party committees directly under the District Party Committee studied and learned 18 topics compiled by the Central Propaganda Department, with contents on: Basic viewpoints of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh thought as the ideological foundation and guideline for the Party's revolutionary actions; basic contents on philosophy, political economy, scientific socialism and basic issues on the history and revolutionary line of the Communist Party of Vietnam , basic contents on the historical mission of the working class and the Party's basic viewpoints associated with the practice at the grassroots level, especially the viewpoints of the 12th and 13th Congresses...

From there, a scientific worldview, a revolutionary outlook on life, a dialectical materialist methodology were formed and faith in the goals and ideals of the Party and the revolution was strengthened. At the end of the course, 11 students were classified as excellent, including 4 excellent students who were awarded.
