About 30km northeast of Phan Rang-Thap Cham city, the Stone Park is located on the coast of Nui Chua National Park, part of Nui Chua World Biosphere Reserve (Vinh Hai commune, Ninh Hai district).

This place is quickly becoming an attractive destination, attracting tourists who love wild nature and are passionate about discovering wonderful things.

To explore the unique Stone Park, from Phan Rang-Thap Cham city, visitors travel along Provincial Road DT702, when approaching the gate of Vinh Hai new rural commune, turn right following the sign to the Stone Park. Then, continue about 3km on the road through the low-rise shrub forest typical of hot, dry climates.

As soon as you hear the sound of the waves echoing, you will be amazed by the overwhelming space filled with only rocks and rocks.

Spread over an area of about 5 hectares, tens of thousands of stone blocks of various sizes, shapes, and colors, formed through a weathering process lasting millions of years, are naturally stacked on top of each other, facing the deep blue East Sea, creating a natural picture that is both majestic and poetic.

The stone park is likened to a unique "stone collection" arranged by the talented hands of nature, stimulating the rich imagination of anyone who sets foot here.

Visitors may be surprised to see pairs of rocks like lovers, vivid shapes reminiscent of animals such as birds, elephants, or even dinosaurs, along with many other strange marks such as giant feet, tea pots, chairs...

Standing on large rocks, listening to the sound of waves lapping beneath your feet brings a sense of freedom, relaxation and complete immersion in pristine nature. Looking far away, visitors can admire the panoramic view of the ocean with fishing boats gliding gently on the water.

This is an ideal place for taking pictures, camping, organizing picnics and especially watching the beautiful sunrise or sunset on the sea.

Sharing her experience, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ly, a tourist from Ho Chi Minh City, expressed her excitement: "This is the first time my group has come to the Stone Park. The rocks are large, beautiful, and have more special shapes than many places I have been to. They give me a feeling of being very massive and still very natural and wild. The sea air here is fresh, the sunrise on the sea is very beautiful."

With a forest on one side and a blue sea on the other, the Stone Park is a wonderful setting for photographers to unleash their creativity and for young couples to capture memorable moments through impressive wedding photos.

Mr. Chau Duc Tai, a photographer in Phan Rang-Thap Cham city, said he often brings guests here to take photos.

"Like today, I brought a couple from the West here to take wedding photos. The unique scenery of the Stone Park is truly a great backdrop for commemorative photos amidst the magical natural scenery of Ninh Thuan," Mr. Tai shared.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung, Deputy Director in charge of the Center for Environmental Education and Environmental Services (Nui Chua National Park) said that the highlight of the stone park is the clear representation of the typical dry coastal rocky mountain forest ecosystem of the National Park. Visitors here are very excited by the wildness and uniqueness of the plant species adapted to the hot climate.

In the coming time, Nui Chua National Park will focus on exploiting eco-tourism activities at the stone park, combined with other tours and sightseeing routes. At the same time, the unit will promote environmental protection, install guide boards, create check-in points and provide information on regional biodiversity to better serve visitors.

Nui Chua World Biosphere Reserve has a total area of over 106,646 hectares, of which the core area is 15,752 hectares, under the management of Nui Chua National Park. According to scientists, this place is considered the only standard model of the unique and characteristic dry forest ecosystem of Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

The ecosystem in this area is of special value because it belongs to the Truong Son ecological region (Greater Annamites - belonging to the SA4 region), is one of the 200 globally important ecological regions and is selected as one of the highest conservation priority areas of all major habitat types on Earth./.
