Schools collected 7.1 tons of nylon bags and plastic bottles to exchange for notebooks for students. The district People's Committee coordinated to implement the model of "Clean alley - beautiful yard - civilized neighborhood", "Protecting the environment with farmers"; organized 15 propaganda sessions, gave 900 bags, 1,600 trash cans to people to sort waste at source; collected and destroyed 900kg of packaging. Integrated propaganda on the collection of plastic waste and pesticide containers in 400 seminars, with the participation of more than 12,000 farmers.
The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has implemented the collection and treatment of plastic waste in the livestock sector, destroying 18,292 bottles and jars.
