At the conference, delegates discussed and clarified the achievements, difficulties and obstacles in the Party's inspection, supervision and discipline work at localities, agencies and units.

Along with that are contents related to the work of arranging the organization of the Inspection Committee when implementing the model of organizing a 2-level local government; the digital transformation work of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Inspection Department according to Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo, on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation.

Promoting digital transformation in the Party inspection sector

Concluding the conference, Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Inspection Commission Tran Kim Yen requested that the Inspection Commissions of local Party committees, agencies and units continue to advise Party committees to lead, direct and organize the implementation of propaganda, dissemination and implementation of Directive 45-CT/TW of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress.

Along with that is advising the Party Committee to lead and direct the implementation of the arrangement and merger of provincial administrative units, especially at the commune level, and the organization of the local government system at the commune level.

After completing the arrangement of commune-level administrative units, the Party Committee's Inspection Commission must review and advise the Party Committee to promulgate regulations and rules on Party inspection, supervision and discipline work, ensuring compliance with regulations, scientific, strict and suitable to the practical conditions of the unit.

The Party Inspection Committees of localities, agencies and units also need to continue to develop and deploy solutions on the application of information technology, innovation, digital transformation in the Party inspection sector, and promote administrative reform in the Party. At the same time, focus on handling petitions and denunciations against Party organizations, cadres and Party members, especially key cadres at all levels, to better serve the preparation of personnel for Party congresses at all levels.

Regarding the apparatus and personnel of the Inspection Commission, the Chairman of the Inspection Commission of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee directed and continued to advise on the arrangement and consolidation of the organization, apparatus, and personnel of the Inspection Commission and the Party Committee Inspection Commission agencies in the direction of streamlining, effective and efficient operations, in accordance with the arrangement and consolidation of administrative units at the provincial and district levels. At the same time, ensure the implementation of policies and regimes for Party inspection cadres, especially those affected by the arrangement, organization of the apparatus, and streamlining of staff according to regulations.

Strengthen inspection when there are signs of violations

Previously, Deputy Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Inspection Commission, Ho Nam, reported on some results of the Party's inspection, supervision and discipline work. Accordingly, the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Inspection Commission advised the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee to complete the inspection of 21 Party organizations and 19 Party members; supervision of 4 Party organizations and 4 Party members; inspection when there were signs of violations of 1 Party organization.

Currently, the City Party Committee's Inspection Commission is advising the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee to continue inspecting the Party's economic activities of 10 public service units and enterprises under the City Party Committee; and inspecting when there are signs of violations of 6 Party organizations and 7 Party members.

The City Party Committee's Inspection Commission is conducting inspections when there are signs of violations against 6 party organizations and 7 party members; inspecting party finances against 1 party organization; supervising 1 party organization and 1 party member...

The Party Inspection Committees of localities and units have advised Party Committees to complete inspections of 144 Party organizations and 184 Party members; supervise 80 Party organizations and 157 Party members; inspect when there are signs of violations against 1 Party member; and discipline 68 Party members.

The Inspection Committees of localities and units have completed inspections when there were signs of violations against 11 Party organizations and 31 Party members; supervised 85 Party organizations and 101 Party members; inspected the implementation of inspection and supervision tasks for 85 Party organizations. At the same time, they verified the assets and income of 31 Party members; disciplined 4 Party organizations and disciplined 72 Party members.

The Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Inspection Commission also developed plans, deployed and organized the implementation of the arrangement and streamlining of the organization of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Inspection Commission, associated with streamlining the payroll, restructuring, improving the efficiency and quality of the staff and civil servants. At the same time, it developed and issued documents specifying the directions of the Central Government and the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee on digital transformation in the Inspection sector of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.
