He emphasized that the 2023-2024 school year marks 10 years of implementing Resolution 29-NQ/TW on fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training and Resolution 88/2014/QH13 and Resolution 51/2017/QH14 of the National Assembly on innovation of general education programs and textbooks.
Accordingly, it is necessary to thoroughly understand the Party and State's policies and guidelines on education and training.

T78 Friendship School (formerly the Central Mountainous Campus) was established by the Central Party Secretariat on January 1, 1958.
The school has changed its name 4 times and its location 9 times through 7 districts, 6 provinces and cities. In 1980, the school moved to Tho Loc commune, Phuc Tho district, Hanoi city.
This is a public service unit under the Ministry of Education and Training. The school's mission is to teach Vietnamese preparatory language to Laotian students and provide high school education for Vietnamese ethnic minority students and Laotian students following the model of a boarding school for ethnic minorities with foreign elements.

In 65 years of construction and development, the school has trained over 27,000 international students for Laos.
