This afternoon, May 4, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province Dao Manh Hung visited and presented gifts to express gratitude to the war veterans, youth volunteers, and frontline laborers who participated in the fight and served in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign and are living in Cam Lo district and Dong Ha city, including: Mr. Hoang Sen (born in 1930) in Cam Thuy commune and Mr. Hoang Ngoc Mac (born in 1931) in Cam Hieu commune, Cam Lo district; Mr. Hoang Xuan Ho (born in 1931), in Ward 5, Dong Ha city. This is a meaningful activity carried out on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory on May 7 (1954 - 2024).

Visiting the families, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province Dao Manh Hung kindly inquired about the health and living conditions of the war veterans and their families; reviewed the heroic history of the nation and expressed his emotion, gratitude and admiration for the strong will towards the great contributions and sacrifices of the Dien Bien soldiers, youth volunteers and frontline workers in the past. At the same time, he wished the elders good health, peace and continued to promote the revolutionary family tradition, being a spiritual support for their descendants to follow.

Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Bien province, Dao Manh Hung, wished the war veterans who are soldiers of Dien Bien to always work well, continue to promote heroic traditions, well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies and local regulations, and actively contribute to the cause of building the homeland and the country.
